When you submit AI-generated text for verification, we process the text and may store verification results (including claims, verdicts, and risk scores) as part of audit logging, depending on your plan and settings.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, including API call volume, feature usage, IP addresses, browser type, and device information.

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
• To process verification requests against your knowledge base.

We do not use your knowledge base content or verification data to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning models.

• Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Services (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

• Verification logs: Retained according to your plan (7 days for Starter, 30 days for Growth, configurable for Enterprise).
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
