Frequently asked questions
What counts as a verification check?
A single API call to the /api/check endpoint counts as one verification check, regardless of how many claims are extracted from the draft. Each call verifies one AI-generated response against your knowledge base.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features in your selected plan during the trial period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly check limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. Once you hit 100%, additional checks are billed at $0.05 per check for Starter and $0.03 per check for Growth. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for all plans at a 20% discount. Contact our sales team or toggle to annual billing in your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
